Program Highlights

Over the last 20 years, we have nurtured our clients and achieved our mission through three programs.

  1. Urbean Cafe Workforce Development
Urbean Cafe has contributed more than $7.5 million to the local economy since 2011, saved taxpayers more than $3.5 million, and given more than 145 clients meaningful work.

  2. Lydia’s Home Level II Recovery Residence
Our six-bed Certified Level II Recovery Residence, Lydia’s Home, helps women recover from substance abuse and incarceration through a faith-centered recovery program. Our program includes a 60-day Life Formation Study Series, financial literacy training, workforce readiness, and GED preparedness.

  3. Mentoring & Outreach
Our Mentoring & Outreach programs share God’s love with returning citizens and connect them with faith communities. Research has found that most former offenders who are mentored will not commit another crime.
